The Revolver Fund has been started today
Basic goals of the Program "Revolver Fund of State Non-Commercial Organization “Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" are the following: expansion of opportunities for participation of small and medium-sized business subjects - manufacturers of the goods in accommodation of orders, and stimulation of such participation; maintenance of favorable conditions for development of small and medium-sized business subjects - manufacturers of the goods; maintenance of competitiveness among subjects of small and medium-sized business - manufacturers of the goods; support of small and medium-sized business subjects - manufacturers of the goods, which sign state or municipal contract on the delivery of the goods produced by them according to the Federal Law №94-FL “On Distribution of Orders for the Goods, Works and Services for State and Municipal Needs” dated to 21/07/2005 (hereinafter referred to as Federal Law #94-FL); rendering of assistance to subjects of small and medium-sized business - to manufacturers of the goods in promotion of the goods made by them.
The Revolver Fund is founded due to the funds of State Non-Commercial Organization “Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan” in the sum of 50,000,000 rubles. The right to participate in the program is given to the subjects of small and medium-sized business, whose enterprise activity is oriented on the goods manufacturing.
