V Kazan venture fair opened in Kazan

A solemn ceremony of opening V Kazan venture fair has been held in Kazan, GTRK “Korston”. 53 companies were presented there as potential investors. RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov greeted guests and participants. Head of republican government thanked those intending to invest their money into Republic.

“V Kazan venture fair is being held in Tatarstan. We have gone through a long way during 5 years. Tatarstan business is developing, venture projects are being implemented”, - he said.

CEO of Russian association of direct and venture investments Albina Nikkonen noted that she was pleasant to be again at this area, where advanced innovative technologies may be given a powerful incentive for development and attract both state and private investments.

Director of investment-venture fund Ainur Aideldinov informed that all the time his fund tries to present new products for promoting technological business. “Tatarstan is a highly industrial republic and innovative centre. There are more than 200 000 students and 40 higher schools in republic, scientific research institutions are functioning”, - Ainur Aideldinov said.

Today 7 companies present their projects in sector “Oil. Gas. Chemical industry”, 11 companies in “Mechanical engineering. Instrument engineering. Energetics”, 10 companies demonstrate their works in “IT, television, advertising”, 9 companies in “Medicine. Pharmacology”, 7 – “Agriculture. Veterinary science. Biotechnologies”, 9 companies – “Building. Design”.

Companies from Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Zelenodolsk and Moscow participated in fair.
