The 5th Kazan venture fair to be held in capital of Tatarstan on April, 23

Director of RT Investment-venture fund Ainur Aideldinov told about preparation for holding the 5th Kazan venture fair at briefing in House of RT government.

The briefing was traditionally held in format of video conference with participation of all municipal regions and broadcasted in internet (Governmental portal - www.prav.tatar.ru  ). Ainur Aideldinov informed that the 5th  Kazan venture fair will be held on April, 23, 2010 in capital of Tatarstan. It is organized by RT Investment-venture fund and Russian association of direct and venture investment under support of the RT Cabinet. The Fair is aimed at achieving proper communication level between key participants of investment process. This would help companies hold negotiations with potential investors.

The last four Kazan fairs since 2005 have shown interest towards such events from side of investors and companies of small and medium high-tech business. We hope the 5th  Kazan venture fair would continue these traditions, Ainur Aideldinov said. He also reminded that by results of IV Kazan venture fair memorandum about intentions between U.S Civilian research and development foundation and RT Investment-venture fund. Later on it allowed opening representative office on the basis of the University of Maryland.

Director of RT Investment-venture fund informed that from February, 2010 the fund has become a full member of European association of direct and venture investment.

Mr Aideldinov said likewise that final lists of companies – potential investors are not approved yet. But it is known these would be companies from USA and members of European association of direct and venture investment.
