Director of Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan was awarded the title "Honoured Economist of the Republic of Tatarstan" by Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan M. Shaimiev as of May 5, 2009.
Born in June 1, 1969, in Kazan. Graduated from Kazan State University named after Ulyanov-Lenin with Major "Law" in 1996.
His professional career started in 1986 in Kazan Aviation Production Association named after S.P. Gorbunov, where he worked as electrician.
From 1994г. through 1998 — Director of trade house of the Vysokogorsky District.
From 1998г. through 2000 — Head of Inspectorate of the RF Ministry of Tax and Levies in the Vysokogorsky District.
From 2000г. through 2002 — Head of Inspectorate of the RF Ministry of Tax and Levies in the Vakhitovsky District in Kazan.
From 2002г. through 2007 — Head of Interdistrict Inspectorate of Ministry of Tax and Levies in Russia on major taxpayers in the Republic of Tatarstan.
From May, 2007 — Director of State Non-Commercial Organization “Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan”
President of Table Tennis Federation of the Republic of Tatarstan.
