Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan has performed the meeting of Council of Trustees on Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan

Today in Cabinet of Ministers of the RT, Rustam Minnikhanov, Head of the Government of Tatarstan, has performed the meeting of Council of Trustees on Investments and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan (IVF RT)

Members of Council of Trustees has approved three grants, which is 10 thous USD each for the companies-winners in the Cooperation Program between US Civilian Research & Development Foundation (CRDF) and Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan within the framework of the 4th Kazan Venture Fair.

Let us remind, that April 23-24, the 4th Kazan Venture Fair will be held in the capital of Tatarstan. Within the framework of the Fair, it is expected to arrange Technology Entrepreneurship Workshop (April 20 - 24). This workshop-training is to be organized by IVF RT and U.S. Civilian Research & Development Foundation (CRDF). Specialists of venture investment will share their knowledge about venture projects, technoparks establishment, business and intellectual property evaluation, presentation technology, etc. with representatives of companies-participants of the Venture Fair.

As the outcome, three companies will be granted – 10 thous USD each – to organize the trip for companies representatives of the USA, internship and presentation of their projects to prospect investors.

When talking to journalists after the meeting with Council of Trustees on IVF RT was finished, Aynur Aydeldinov has informed that “today at Council of Trustees there were reflected the very problems, which are typical to the economy in terms of the crisis”.

Members of Council of Trustees has approved funds allocation on the development of a series of investment projects with the opportunity to attract different financial instruments (leasing models).

Several projects were admitted to be granted with subsidies on compensation of interest rate part on attracted credits.

Besides, Council of Trustees of IVF RT has decided on deferment of payment on earlier received loans from IVF RT for the period of three to nine months (Kamsky Industrial Park “Master”, Aktanyshsky Aggregate Plant, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan, etc.).
